Mr. Natural Custom Order Policies Quote Requests

This form is for requesting custom cakes, bakery items, and desserts only. It does not apply to standard menu items, online ordering, seasonal specials, or other pre-designed products. Custom orders generally require at least 7 days' notice and are subject to availability. Submitting this form does not place an order or reserve your date. Your order is confirmed only after: Order details have been finalized. A quote has been approved. Payment or deposit has been received. For urgent orders, please call us directly at (512) 477-5228. Allergy Disclaimer Please be advised that while we follow rigorous protocols to minimize cross-contact, all products are prepared in a shared kitchen and ingredients may be processed on shared equipment. Our bakery handles common allergens including wheat (gluten), soy, peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, and sesame. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contact. Customers with food allergies or celiac disease should use their own discretion before consuming our products. Design Policy Our custom cakes and desserts are handcrafted works of edible art. While we strive to match colors, themes, and designs as closely as possible, exact replication cannot be guaranteed. Slight variations in color, decoration, and overall appearance are normal and are not considered defects. We welcome inspiration photos; however, Mr. Natural will not create exact copies of another bakery's work. All custom designs are interpreted in our own artistic style while respecting the original creator's work. By submitting inspiration photos, you confirm that you have permission to use those images. Care & Handling Once your order has been picked up by you or your designated representative, responsibility for the product transfers to you. Mr. Natural is not responsible for damage resulting from transportation, handling, improper storage, or display after pickup. Shipping (if applicable) If your order is shipped, Mr. Natural is not responsible for damage, loss, or delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package leaves our bakery. Changes to Orders Changes requested after an order has been confirmed are subject to availability and may require additional charges. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible. Cancellation Policy Orders canceled with 14 or more days' notice will receive a 100% refund. Orders canceled with 7–13 days' notice will subject to a 75% refund. Orders canceled with 3–6 days' notice will subject to a 50% refund. Orders canceled with less than 72 hours' notice are subject to non-refundable. Mr. Natural is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by severe weather, power outages, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
